How will you design my new site and how do we proceed?

I work under the assumption that you need more gigs, so the primary importance for me will be to get your DJ service in front of potential clients on the web. I help you, by helping potential clients find you. Ultimately we want them to contact you.

It's important for you to understand the primary reason for having a website for your DJ business. You need clicks, calls and email inquiries. That's it right? Sure there are things that you'd like to add to the site, or special interaction you want to provide, but ultimately, a DJ website's main purpose is to help book more gigs. I say this up-front because I do not want you to lose sight of the overall design goal and the very essence of the DJ Website Design service I offer. My goal is not to be a web-designer in the traditional sense. What I mean, is that typical web designers are in the business of simply building websites. They don't care why you want a website, or care if it helps you or not. They listen to your wants and desires and build a site.
That's not what I do...

My goal is to HELP you market your DJ services online! I am an Internet Marketing Specialist and somewhat like an artist may use canvas and oil paint as their medium... My medium is websites. I build search engine friendly websites which show up good on search engines, making it more likely that potential clients will find you, learn about your services and contact you.

I am not a graphic artist or web developer, I'm just a guy that's gotten good at building fairly professional looking websites that show up good on search engines. My creative abilities are decent, but I am not a graphic artist. My technical skills are decent too, but I am not a web developer. If you require either of those, (a graphic designer , or web developer), I suggest you Google for some, but be forewarned, they typically charge ten times what I do and they may or may not offer SEO services and Web Ad-Copy which will be the two elements you'll need most and which you'll pay dearly for later. Some SEO specialists charge $1500 or more just to talk to you. By contrast, all I can promise is that I'll do my best to present a professional image for you online and try to make that site relevant for on-topic searches.

1st) We Discuss Your Project, Needs and Specific Objectives we can do this via phone, email or instant messenger. Click Here To Contact Me

2nd) You Pay For My Services. After we've discussed your project and agreed on terms, I will email you an invoice (or you can pre-pay online). FYI: I don't start on your project until the payment has been fully processed. The bulk of that payment will be for my labor while a portion may be necessary for any external goods or services required, such as hosting, creating user accounts, graphics, etc. You can pay me via personal check, business check, cashiers check or money order by mail. Most often my clients prepay online using a Major Credit Card via PayPal. When I email an invoice I can do that with PayPal or Google Checkout, whichever you prefer.

3rd) I create a website for you, which will be search optimized for on-topic content related to your business and based on each of the content of your pages, targeting them for relevant and popular search phrases for those topics. You will have the opportunity to review and critique site and I will make limited modifications to accommodate you , but I ask that you consider that these pages will employ certain design elements, conversion tactics, sales techniques and other things you may not understand, (or not agree with), but it's simply to help you with the ultimate goal of having your site turn someone simply looking at the site, to someone who takes action and calls or emails you.  I am completely open to suggestions for tweaking the site. I have learned much by being flexible, however I do courteously ask that you keep in mind, that you contacted me for help, because I'm the web expert - not you... If you're better at Internet Marketing, SEO and web-design than I am, I suggest that you build your own site. *More in My Policy.

4th) I submit your site to major search engines. All search engines very, but typically speaking, the sites I submit often begin to appear in search results within several days, to several weeks. I submit your site to Google, Yahoo, Live Search (MSN) and a host of secondary search engines. How quickly they index and list your site is completely out of my control, and subjective to each search engines own schedule for crawling and cataloging sites.
